Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not vacuumed before our arrival due to overbooking, and the soundproofing was not great overall. However, the service was top-notch, from check-in to check-out, with the staff going the extra mile to make our stay pleasant. The location was excellent, although we couldn't use the military discount we had due to booking through a third party. The facilities were nice, but there was room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were welcoming, even though there was a lingering smell of smoke. The location was very convenient, close to freeways, shopping areas, the beach, and restaurants. Although the breakfast could have been better, with limited options, the hotel staff went out of their way to offer a better deal due to our late arrival.
